BORBET Austria welcomes its visitors electronically

BORBET Austria GmbH, Braunau am Inn / Austria

Visitors to BORBET in the Braunau location have been able to register digitally since March. This solution functions both in-person at the reception desk and via the BORBET website.

Two Apple iPads were installed for personal registration, where visitors can enter their registration data themselves. Immediately after registering, they automatically receive the legally stipulated safety instructions, which inform visitors about dangers on the plant premises. Visitors only receive their personalized visitor ID after they have confirmed with their electronic signature that they have read and agreed to the safety regulations.

The registration, including safety briefing, can also be performed on the internet. In this way, visitors can register and complete the required safety training days before the actual company visit, which saves time for the visitors and reduces the workload of BORBET’s reception staff.
